Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking seasonal team members to support Grocery, Guest Service, Deli, Bakery, Produce, and Meat & Seafood departments. You will provide extraordinary guest service, merchandise products, stock shelves, weigh and scan items, and assist with housekeeping throughout the store.

Applicants should be at least 16 years old (18 for certain departments) and be available weekends and holidays. Prior retail or hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service
• At least 16 years of age or at least 18 years of age in our Deli, Bakery, Produce
• Experience in the retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries preferred

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide excellent guest service across departments
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items
• Weigh and scan products, handle cash, and provide change when appropriate
• Gather shopping carts and assist in general housekeeping
• Slice and prepare meat, cheeses, and prepared meal solutions as needed
• Present a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards
