Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Grill Cooks to join our culinary team at Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. You will prepare and cook grilled menu items, following recipes and portion guidelines to ensure quality and presentation. Expect a fast-paced, teamwork-driven environment.

This Spring/Summer season offers weekly pay and a range of benefits. Housing options and growth opportunities are available, with no diploma required and opportunities

Qualifications

• No experience or diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook grilled menu items according to standardized recipes and portion guidelines, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the grill station and surrounding areas.
• Set up, operate, and clean kitchen equipment according to correct procedures, as well as keep workstations clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
• Work cooperatively with team members and management.
• Follow the supervisor's assignments for opening and closing procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
