Job summary

Delaware North's Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, WY, is hiring seasonal Grill Cooks for the 2027 Spring/Summer season. You’ll cook grilled items, maintain a clean grill station, and work closely with a dynamic culinary team in a park setting.

Expect 32–40 hours per week with weekly pay and a range of employee benefits. Dorm-style housing and RV hookups are available, along with subsidized meals for residents, while you gain growth opportunities across Delaware North

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to be a reliable team member, follow procedures, and take directions.
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and portions.
• No experience or diploma required for this seasonal role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook grilled menu items according to standardized recipes and portion guidelines, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the grill station and surrounding areas.
• Set up, operate, and clean kitchen equipment according to correct procedures, keeping workstations clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked.
• Work cooperatively with team members and management.
• Follow the supervisor's assignments for opening and closing procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
