Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Graphic Design Coordinator to support our in-house design team in creating marketing materials that promote our products and initiatives. You will design clear, visually appealing communications for print and digital media, including brochures, direct mail, website graphics, social content, and flyers.

Work closely with Design and Marketing to translate concepts into assets that strengthen our brand and engage audiences.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled or have completed degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media or a related field.
Organized, with strong attention to detail
Possess strong typography and layout skills
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Knowledge of XD and After Effects is a plus
Portfolio or samples of school projects (digital or print) required
This opening is seasonal/temporary

Responsibilities

Assist in designing marketing materials for print and digital platforms.
Support in-house Design team to create clear, visually appealing communications.
Translate concepts into creative assets that communicate our brand and engage audiences.
