Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking a Graphics Specialist to support the product line through design, mark-ups, and cross‑department collaboration. You will coordinate activities and ensure timelines are met, working closely with teammates.

You will also provide training to associates as needed and help keep the team up-to-date on product line needs, with this being a first shift on-site role in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Graphic design education or training is preferred.
• Strong communication and visual design skills.
• Ability to proofread against customer specs.

Position Description

As a Graphics Specialist, you will be responsible for working with several other departments to support your assigned product line. In addition to working on designs and mark‑ups related to your products, you will also instruct and coordinate all activities related to your product line. When necessary, you will also provide other associates with training. This position requires working closely with teammates to keep them up‑to‑date on the product line needs and ensuring timelines are met. This is a first shift position.

Requirements

• Graphic Design certification, classes, or degree preferred
• Knowledge of QuarkXpress, DDS, and Adobe Acrobat
• Effective communication skills - verbally, written and visually
• Understanding of printing processes, color theory and design preferred
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to proofread work with the customer specifications
