Reynolds & Reynolds Co is seeking a Graphics Specialist to support the assigned product line by creating designs and markups while coordinating all related activities. You will train associates when needed and work closely with teammates to meet timelines.
This is a first shift, on‑site role. The candidate should have strong design and proofreading skills, familiarity with printing processes and color theory, and knowledge of QuarkXPress, DDS, and Adobe Acrobat.
As a Graphics Specialist, you will be responsible for working with several other departments to support your assigned product line. In addition to working on designs and mark‑ups related to your products, you will also instruct and coordinate all activities related to your product line. When necessary, you will also provide other associates with training. This position requires working closely with teammates to keep them up‑to‑date on the product line needs and ensuring timelines are met. This is a first shift position.

Graphic Design certification, classes, or degree preferred. Knowledge of QuarkXpress, DDS, and Adobe Acrobat. Effective communication skills – verbally, written and visually.
