Job summary

Reynolds & Reynolds Co is seeking a Graphics Specialist to support the assigned product line by creating designs and markups while coordinating all related activities. You will train associates when needed and work closely with teammates to meet timelines.

This is a first shift, on‑site role. The candidate should have strong design and proofreading skills, familiarity with printing processes and color theory, and knowledge of QuarkXPress, DDS, and Adobe Acrobat.

Qualifications

• Graphic Design certification, classes, or degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication – verbal, written and visual.
• Understanding of printing processes and color theory.
• Ability to proofread to customer specifications.
• Knowledge of QuarkXPress, DDS, and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to support the product line.
• Instruct and coordinate activities for the product line and train others as needed.
• Keep teammates up‑to‑date on needs and ensure timelines are met.
