Job summary

Agtegra Cooperative is seeking a motivated Truck Driver/Operator to join our team in Aberdeen, SD. You will drive diesel trucks to transport grain and materials, perform basic maintenance, and support field operations to maximize productivity.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with ability to obtain Commercial Driver’s License: Class A CDL preferred.
• Tanker endorsement will be required and hazmat endorsement is suggested and may be required later.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• English proficiency.
• Able to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate diesel powered straight trucks or tractor trailer combinations to transport and deliver grain or materials.
• Perform basic maintenance on trucks and assist with shop duties to maximize efficiency.
• Load/unload trucks and railcars and assist with grain handling operations.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment and assist with repairs as needed.
• Adhere to OSHA, DOT, and fleet safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
