Qualifications

• Normally requires a high school diploma and/or experience in a related agricultural field.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Understanding and willingness to learn grain handling.

Responsibilities

• Handle grain: incoming, stored, and outgoing; maintain grain quality and provide drying services.
• Maintain housekeeping and general upkeep of equipment and facilities.
• Comply with OSHA, state, and federal safety regulations; ensure professional appearance of equipment and rolling stock.
• Provide professional customer service for a positive customer experience.
