Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a hardworking team member at our grain handling facility in Illinois. You will work outdoors loading and unloading rail cars and trucks, follow safety rules, and help maintain grain quality.

No prior experience required, but basic math and reliable attendance are valued. Overtime may be available; some locations require extended hours and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 1 year industrial experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Safety Program and daily pre-shift meetings.
• Comply with OSHA, safety and environmental regulations; wear PPE.
• Transfer, load and move grain to proper location.
• Perform rail duties (prep, unload, load, placement).
• Weigh trucks and grade grain.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• General housekeeping and light maintenance.
• Assist with maintenance/repairs as needed.
• Maintain grain quality during storage/transfer.
• Perform other duties as needed.
