The role focuses on handling incoming, stored and outgoing grain, maintaining quality, and meeting OSHA and safety standards while supporting equipment and facilities. Candidates should have a high school diploma and be willing to work extended hours, with a valid driver’s license and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or related agricultural field experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn grain handling.
• Experience with mechanical diagnosis, service, repairs, and maintenance of equipment.
• Basic computer skills and using a computer to enhance grain handling.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight if needed.
• Ability to work extended hours and on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming, stored, and outgoing grain.
• Maintain grain quality, blending, and drying services.
• Keep the area clean and maintain grain handling housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations and maintain equipment.
• Provide professional customer service to ensure a pleasant experience.
• Maintain company equipment per standards and uniform policy.
