Job summary

Madden's on Gull Lake is seeking part-time Golf Shop Attendants for the Summer 2026 season at our Brainerd, Minnesota location. Work inside our golf shops and assist guests with merchandise, tee times, and club activities.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of golf-related experience, with excellent listening and communication skills. Flexible weekend hours and a friendly, can-do attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly guest service with a Can Do Attitude.
• Assist guests on the floor with clothing and merchandise.
• Manage guest check-in and fee collection with the starter.
• Promote Madden’s club activities and resort facilities.
• Support golf professionals with tournaments and outings.
• Maintain professional image and reliable attendance.
