Colorado Psychiatric is seeking a Golf Operations Assistant Golf Professional to support daily operations at a premier golf facility. You will work with PGA professionals, assist with tee times, customer service, and merchandising while gaining experience through the PGM program.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and leadership development in a luxury golf setting, with opportunities for mentorship, meals on duty, uniforms, and housing options.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the golf shop per established procedures.
• Manage daily tee sheets and create tee times for members and guests.
• Provide outstanding customer service, including check-in, payment processing, and merchandise sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional golf shop environment.
• Assist with inventory control and merchandising displays.
• Support instruction and player development sessions and events.
