Job summary

Columbine Country Club in Columbine Valley, CO, is offering a three-month Seasonal Golf Intern (Level I) position beginning in May.

Interns assist in outside service operations, support the Caddie and Junior Golf Programs, help with tournaments, and gain hands-on experience across golf operations.

Housing is provided (bed, refundable deposit), meals and uniforms are included, and interns receive professional mentorship and playing privileges.

Qualifications

• Current PGM student, Level I minimum.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of prior golf industry experience (private club experience preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds independently.
• Demonstrated reliability, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily management of outside service operations for Championship and Par 3 courses.
• Support the Caddie Program and Junior Golf Program (225+ participants).
• Assist with tournament operations, club repair, and member equipment needs.
• Stage and maintain golf carts, wash clubs, and ensure bag room organization.
• Oversee practice facility setup, maintenance, and replenishment.
• Deliver high-level customer service to Members and Guests at the main entrance and throughout the club.
• Collaborate with Assistant Professionals on customer service initiatives and program support.
