Colorado Psychiatric is seeking a Golf Operations Assistant Golf Professional to support daily operations at a premier golf facility. You will work with PGA professionals, assist with tee times, customer service, and merchandising while gaining experience through the PGM program.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and leadership development in a luxury golf setting, with opportunities for mentorship, meals on duty, uniforms, and housing options.

Overview

As a "Golf Operations" Assistant Golf Professional, you will support the daily operations of a premier golf facility while delivering exceptional service to members, guests, and tournament participants. This role provides hands-on experience in all aspects of golf operations, including player services, tournament administration, merchandising, instruction, and facility management. Working alongside PGA professionals, you will help create outstanding golf experiences while developing the skills and industry knowledge necessary for a successful career in the golf profession through the Professional Golf Management (PGM) Program. This position is ideal for highly motivated individuals seeking practical experience in golf operations, leadership development, customer service excellence, and golf instruction within a luxury hospitality and golf environment. You will gain exposure to every facet of club operations while contributing to a welcoming, professional, and service-oriented atmosphere for members and guests.

Experience Required

Essential Responsibilities

Golf Shop Operations

• Open and close the golf shop in accordance with established procedures
• Manage daily tee sheets and create tee times for members and guests
• Provide outstanding customer service, including check-in, payment processing, and merchandise sales
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional golf shop environment
• Assist with inventory control and merchandising displays

Member & Guest Services

• Build and maintain positive relationships with members and guests
• Respond to inquiries regarding tee times, events, and facility offerings
• Ensure a high level of hospitality and professionalism at all times

Instruction & Player Development

• Assist in conducting hotel complimentary clinics and group instruction sessions

Daily Golf Operations

• Support all day-to-day golf course operations as needed
• Coordinate with outside services staff to ensure smooth pace of play and course flow
