Job summary

PUMA is seeking a Custom Fitting Specialist to deliver golf club fittings for all skill levels. You will conduct sessions with TrackMan/Foresight/FlightScope, provide product specs, and coordinate with the Teamhead for events. Requires PGA/PGM affiliation preferred, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel extensively.

The role emphasizes delivering top-tier customer service, supporting CPG accounts, and representing PUMA at off-course events. Weekend/evening availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Passion for golf and desire to establish career in the golf industry.
• PGA/PGM affiliation preferred.
• Experience with launch monitors and golf club fitting.
• Understanding basic and intermediate fitting terminology.
• Knowledge of golf ball flight data characteristics (speed, launch, spin).
• Strong knowledge of the golf swing, and skill set for playing golf.
• Understanding of the green grass business preferred.
• Must have excellent verbal and presentation skills.
• Industry leading customer service and professionalism.
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
• Extensive travel within the outlined territory.
• Must have valid driver’s license and sufficient sized vehicle to transport necessary tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform custom fitting sessions to all skill levels of golfers.
• Ensure customers receive industry leading experience pre, during and post fitting session.
• Provide custom specifications to consumers and accounts.
• Work with Teamhead Custom Fitting & Territory Sales Manager to schedule custom fitting events.
• Develop relationships with CPG accounts within territory.
• Provide Custom fit training/assistance to CPG accounts, sales representatives, and demo technicians.
• Support CPG Fitting cart locations to include training, management of tools and assisting Teamhead Custom Fitting & Territory Sales Manager identifying suitable fit cart accounts.
• Visit National & Off Course Accounts for CPG Product and Fitting Training.
• Maintain custom demo matrix, coordinate any new product to be added and old product to be removed.
• Ensure Custom Fitting POP is up to date and in good working presentable order for events in the field.
