Job summary

PUMA North America, Inc. is seeking a dedicated golf fitting specialist to perform custom fitting sessions for golfers of all levels.

You will ensure a premier experience before, during, and after fittings, providing precise specifications to consumers and accounts. The role involves coordination with the Custom Fitting team to schedule events, build relationships with CPG accounts, and support training at fitting carts.

Qualifications

• Passion for golf and desire to establish career in the golf industry.
• Experience with launch monitors (Trackman, Foresight, or FlightScope) and golf club fitting.
• Must have excellent verbal and presentation skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle to transport necessary tools.
• Extensive travel within the outlined territory.

Responsibilities

• Perform custom fitting sessions to golfers of all skill levels.
• Ensure customers receive an industry‑leading experience pre, during and post fitting session.
• Provide custom specifications to consumers and accounts.
• Collaborate with Teamhead Custom Fitting & Territory Sales Manager to schedule events.
• Develop relationships with CPG accounts within territory.
• Support CPG Fitting cart locations with training and tools management.
• Visit National & Off Course Accounts for product and fitting training.
• Maintain custom demo matrix and coordinate product updates for events.
