Job summary

PUMA Group is seeking a dedicated Custom Fitting Specialist to perform on-site golf fittings, utilize launch monitors, and train customer-facing teams across the territory. You will travel to national and off-course accounts to share product knowledge and fit guidance, ensuring a superior client experience.

The role requires PGA/PGM affiliation preferred, strong presentation skills, and ability to work weekends/evenings with extensive travel.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in a golf career and willingness to grow in the golf industry.
• PGA or PGM affiliation preferred.
• Experience with launch monitors and golf club fitting.
• Familiar with fitting terminology (basic to intermediate).
• Knowledge of golf ball flight data (speed, launch, spin).
• Strong knowledge of the golf swing.
• Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.
• Extensive travel within the territory.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle to transport tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform custom fitting sessions for all golfing skill levels.
• Deliver industry-leading customer experience before, during, and after fitting.
• Provide custom specifications to consumers and accounts.
• Coordinate custom fitting events with Teamhead Custom Fitting & Territory Sales Manager.
• Build relationships with CPG accounts within the territory.
• Provide training/assistance to CPG accounts, sales reps, and demo technicians.
• Support fitting cart locations with training and tools.
• Visit national and off-course accounts for product and fitting training.
• Maintain and update the custom demo matrix and product lists.
