Southport Springs Golf & Country Club in Zephyrhills, FL is seeking a seasonal, part-time Golf Course Marshal earning $15 per hour. The role ensures pace of play, assists golfers, reports issues, and keeps the course safe and welcoming for residents and guests.

Responsibilities include setting up the course each morning, monitoring pace, locating errant balls, and promoting proper golf etiquette while maintaining a friendly, professional appearance.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months with operating electric golf carts, chargers and compressors (preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email and internet use.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• General knowledge of golf etiquette and rules.
• Professional appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors pace of play and reduces distractions (Essential).
• Locates and protects errant golf balls (Essential).
• Sets up the course in the morning (Essential).
• Communicates with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner (Essential).
• Promotes safety and enjoyment of spectators (Essential).
• Fills divots and fixes ball marks on greens (Essential).
• Ensures residents and guests adhere to the dress code.
• Markets the course, membership and special rates to daily fee players.
• Other duties as assigned.
