Kohler Co. invites applications for a seasonal golf course maintenance internship at Kohler, WI. You will assist the superintendent and staff in daily course operations, and you will gain supervisory skills while working with a staff of 50+ associates.

Shifts are primarily 5:00am - 2:00pm, weekdays and weekends. You must be enrolled in or have completed a turf management program and be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Qualifications

• Understanding levels of course conditioning.
• Must be attending or have completed a turf management program.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• To assist the superintendent and assistants in the operation and management of the golf courses.
• Daily activities include all aspects of golf course maintenance, construction, irrigation, drainage, fertilization and pesticide calibration and application, turfgrass establishment, training, scheduling, and tournament prep.
• Possible projects include new construction, drainage, landscape work, fairway contouring, rogue grass removal, and research tasks.
