Job summary

Kohler Co. in Kohler, WI is seeking a Golf Course Maintenance Worker for our Blackwolf Run course. This seasonal, part-time role involves maintaining greens, fairways, roughs, bunkers, and paths, and operating hand and power equipment.

Shifts run 5:00am–1:00pm, weekdays and weekends, with eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship. Competitive hourly pay from $10.70 to $16.00, based on education and location, plus benefits including health, vision, dental, and a 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Physical strength and stamina for extended duties.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and use hand/power tools as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain putting surfaces with mowing, ball mark repair, topdressing.
• Maintain fairways: divots, cleaning, sprinkler heads, plates.
• Maintain roughs, bunkers, cart paths with trimming and sweeping.
• General maintenance: shoveling, raking, painting, cleaning equipment.
• Operate hand and power mowing equipment, aerifiers, trimmers.
