Job summary

Kohler Co. in Kohler, Wisconsin, seeks a seasonal, part-time golf operations and maintenance worker to join our first-class team. This onsite role involves caring for greens, fairways, roughs, bunkers, and cart paths on some world-class courses, with early 5:00am starts and 1:00pm finishes.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and use hand and power tools as needed.
• Able to work in all weather conditions and perform physical duties.
• Seasonal, part-time position with early-morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining putting and tee surfaces - Hand mowing, ball mark repair, topdressing, rotating markers, aerification
• Maintaining fairway surfaces - Divots and general area cleanup, hand-trimming drain tiles, plates and sprinkler heads
• Maintaining manicured roughs, bunker areas, and cart paths - trimming, fly mowing, sweeping/blowing
• General maintenance & labor - shoveling, raking, sweeping, painting, equipment cleaning
• Power equipment requirements - Hand-mowers, reel/rotary type, walking top dressers and aerifiers, trimmers, bunker rake, blowers
