Qualifications

• The Seasonal Golf Course Laborer contributes to daily playability and appearance of the golf course.
• Supports the grounds team in preparing and maintaining tees, fairways, bunkers, and other playing surfaces to deliver a top golfer experience.
• This entry-level, seasonal role is early-morning with 3 days a week commitment.

Responsibilities

• Rake and maintain sand bunkers to ensure consistent play conditions
• Repair divots on tees and fairways to preserve turf quality
• Perform line trimming and weeding around course features
• Mow playing surfaces such as tees and collars using appropriate equipment
• Assist with general course maintenance tasks as needed
• Follow safety guidelines and equipment operation standards
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to work early morning hours
• Dependable and team-oriented, able to take direction
