Job summary

BrightView Landscapes seeks a Seasonal Golf Course Laborer to support the grounds team in maintaining tees, fairways, bunkers, and other surfaces to deliver a high-quality golfer experience.

This entry-level, seasonal role runs with early morning hours (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM) and requires availability for one weekend morning. You will perform bunker maintenance, divot repair, mowing, and general course upkeep while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; prior golf course or landscaping experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to work early morning hours
• Dependable, team-oriented, and able to take direction

Responsibilities

• Rake and maintain sand bunkers to ensure consistent play conditions
• Repair divots on tees and fairways to preserve turf quality
• Perform line trimming and weeding around course features
• Mow playing surfaces such as tees and collars using appropriate equipment
• Assist with general course maintenance tasks as needed
• Follow safety guidelines and equipment operation standards
