Job summary

Duininck Golf seeks a seasonal full-time laborer to support golf course construction projects across the United States. You will perform general construction tasks, operate small equipment, and assist with installing drainage, irrigation, bunkers, turf, and other features.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, working outdoors in various weather conditions, and travel for extended periods. A valid driver’s license is preferred and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must be able to travel for extended periods across the United States.
• Valid driver''s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks such as shoveling, raking, trenching, and grading.
• Operate small equipment, e.g., mini skid steers, trenchers, compactors, tractors, safely and effectively.
• Assist with installation of drainage, irrigation, bunkers, turf, and other golf course features.
• Follow detailed layout instructions and grading specifications under supervision.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies at the job site.
• Maintain equipment and report any damage or needed service to the Project Superintendent.
