Job summary

Duininck Golf is seeking seasonal, full‑time crew members to help shape, build and finish golf course features. You will work outdoors on job sites across the United States, performing manual labor and assisting skilled trades as needed.

No equipment operation required; strong work ethic and teamwork are essential. Typical week is Monday–Saturday, about 60 hours; travel is required, and company housing or per diem may be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel for extended periods across the United States.
• Prior landscaping/construction or outdoor labor experience is a plus.
• Able to work outside in varied weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor: raking, shoveling, grading, trenching, backfilling.
• Install turf, sod, seed, and erosion control materials.
• Assist with drainage, irrigation prep, bunker shaping, and fine-detail tasks.
• Load and unload tools, materials, and supplies.
• Follow supervisor directions and work with the crew.
• Keep job sites clean and organized.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Be ready to travel across the United States.
• Work a Monday–Saturday schedule, ~60 hours/week.
