Job summary

Duininck Golf seeks a General Laborer for golf course construction. This seasonal, full-time role involves outdoor work, raking, grading, turf installation, drainage and bunker shaping at sites nationwide. You will travel with the crew and support high-quality course builds with a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to travel across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor such as raking, shoveling, grading, trenching, and backfilling.
• Install turf, sod, seed, and erosion control materials as needed.
• Assist with drainage, irrigation prep, bunker shaping, and other fine-detail tasks.
• Load and unload tools, materials, and supplies at the job site.
• Follow directions from supervisors and assist skilled trades or equipment operators as needed; communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and storing materials properly.
• Adhere to safety procedures and always wear appropriate PPE.
• Demonstrate pride in the work and be fully committed to the success of the project and team.
