Job summary

Duininck Golf is seeking seasonal, full-time workers to support golf course construction across the United States. You will perform manual labor, help install turf, drainage, irrigation prep, and bunker shaping as part of a crew to bring high-quality golf course designs to life.

Must be able to travel for extended periods; reliable transportation to job sites is required. Typical week is Monday–Saturday, around 60 hours, with benefits including PTO, housing options, health plans, and a 401K

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work outside in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor such as raking, shoveling, grading, trenching, and backfilling.
• Install turf, sod, seed, and erosion control materials as needed.
• Assist with drainage, irrigation prep, bunker shaping, and other fine-detail tasks.
• Load and unload tools, materials, and supplies at the job site.
• Follow directions from supervisors and assist skilled trades or equipment operators as needed.
