Job summary

Duininck Golf is seeking a seasonal, full-time team member to support shaping, building and finishing golf course features. No equipment operation is required; just a strong work ethic and a willingness to work as part of a crew to bring high-quality golf course designs to life.

Applicants must be able to travel for extended periods across the United States, with reliable transportation to job sites. The position is outdoors with a typical Monday–Saturday schedule and approximately 60 hours per

Qualifications

• No formal education requirement stated; prior landscaping/construction/outdoor labor experience is a plus.
• Must work safely and follow directions from supervisors.
• Able to work in varied weather conditions and long hours.
• Must be 18 years or older and capable of traveling across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor such as raking, shoveling, grading, trenching and backfilling.
• Install turf, sod, seed, and erosion control materials as needed.
• Assist with drainage, irrigation prep, bunker shaping, and other finishing tasks.
• Load and unload tools, materials, and supplies at the job site.
• Follow supervisors' directions and communicate effectively with the crew.
