Qualifications

• Facilitate the operation of the assigned venue according to policies and procedures.
• Maintain sanitation, inventory and organization of the bar.
• Know the menu, drink specials and events; ensure safe and responsible service of alcohol.
• Handle cash accurately and document all tips and payments.
