Troon is seeking a Part-Time Bartender at Turtleback Mountain Golf and Resort in Elephant Butte, NM. This role requires at least two years of bartending experience, knowledge of liquors, and exceptional customer service skills.

The bartender will ensure compliance with liquor laws, stock the bar, and create memorable experiences through personalized service. Additional compensation options include service charge eligibility and employee meals.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in bartending.
• Ability to handle stressful situations in a customer service environment.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Makes and serves beverages ensuring hospitality and professionalism.
• Stocks bar, assists in cost control, and maintains inventory.
• Ensures compliance with state liquor laws and standard operating procedures.
• Performs opening and closing duties including cash control and cleaning.
