Job summary

Enger Park Golf Management, part of the Troon family, is seeking a part-time Outside Services II for the Duluth, MN area. The seasonal role involves assisting with golf cart operations, course upkeep, and delivering exceptional guest service.

Applicants should have general golf knowledge and be capable of passing a basic assessment. Prior golf experience isn’t required, but hospitality or customer-service backgrounds are valued for a positive Member/Guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have general knowledge of golf and pass a basic assessment.
• Not required to be an expert golfer.

Responsibilities

• Staging golf carts, ensuring cart, range, and facility cleanliness, tournament set-up/clean-up, maintaining the practice range.
• Cheerfully interact and deliver world class customer service.
