Job summary

Lulus Fashion Lounge seeks a Seasonal Logistics Clerk for our Ontario, CA warehouse. You will coordinate day-to-day logistics, handle export processes, and ensure compliant shipping documentation for in/outbound shipments.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, and is temporary for up to 6 months. We value accuracy, strong Excel skills, and clear communication within a distribution-center setting.

Qualifications

Job Details: Job Location: Ontario Warehouse - Ontario, CA, Position Type: Seasonal, Salary Range: $19.00 - $19.00Hourly, The Seasonal Logistics Clerk will effectively coordinate day-to-day logistics operations. They are responsible for export logistics, the execution of shipping services, and compliance documentation activities required for in/outbound shipping.

*All seasonal positions are temporary and for a set amount of time, not to exceed 6 months. Upon completion of the interim role, the employee will return to their previous position.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, based out of our Ontario office.

What You’ll Do

• Follow and adhere to logistics processes and procedures, providing suggestions for improvements as applicable.
• Organize transportation activities including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.
• Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways.
• Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule.
• Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low.
• Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes.
• Develop and run logistics reports on a regular basis as instructed.
• Ad-hoc projects as requested by management.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent. A combination of relevant experience and education will be considered.
• Experience working in a distribution center environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office experience, especially in Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Strong organizational skills and astute attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of data extraction and analysis.
