Job summary

Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC seeks a Part-Time Gardener for The Eden Preserve at Winchester and surrounding properties. You will perform gardening, landscaping, and groundskeeping tasks, ensuring plant health, soil care, irrigation management, and seasonal maintenance with flexibility for weather-driven schedules.

The role requires travel between Baltimore, Maryland and King William, Virginia, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years gardening/landscaping experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required and reliable transportation.
• Ability and willingness to travel to Baltimore, MD; King William, VA; and other sites.
• Ability to perform outdoor gardening tasks and physical activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain garden beds, lawns, walkways, landscaped areas, agricultural spaces, and planting areas.
• Plant, transplant, water, weed, mulch, fertilize, and maintain flowers, vegetables, herbs, shrubs, trees and other plant materials.
• Prepare soil and garden beds for seasonal planting and cultivation.
• Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and plants to support healthy growth and appearance.
• Travel between assigned service locations as required and assist with garden-based programs as needed.
• Monitor plants for pests, irrigation concerns, and nutrient deficiencies, addressing issues promptly.
