GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak sales days, delivering outstanding guest service and participating in all aspects of the Circle of Life model.

You will focus on sales, store maintenance, and customer service, ensuring products are well presented and guests' needs are met with courtesy and professionalism. The role requires the ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment during the holiday season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain the shopping environment during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention best practices.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
