Job summary

GameStop in Porter, TX is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak sales days. You will focus on sales, store maintenance, and delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet guests, help them find products, stock shelves, keep the store clean and organized, and assist with inventory control while following company policies and safety guidelines. Prior retail or guest service experience is preferred, and you must be at least 18.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with gaming needs.
• Support store operations, visual merchandising, and holiday sales initiatives.
• Restock merchandise and ensure products are presented and organized.
• Assist in stock transfers and ensure items are conveyed to the selling floor neatly.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and company policies.
