Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, recommending items, and thanking guests.
• Support shopping environment and store initiatives throughout the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep all store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures, and transfer products to the front of the store.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures, including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
