Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs, recommending items and following selling behaviors.
• Support store appearance and sales initiatives during peak holiday season.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise, organize the selling floor and shelves.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Follow safety and loss prevention practices and company policies.
