Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak sales days, delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will handle customer needs, assist with merchandising, restock inventory, and participate in all store initiatives to maximize sales while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

Experience delivering best-in-class guest service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred if applicable.

Responsibilities

Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
Support store operations, including visual merchandising and holiday sales initiatives.
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise to maintain organized shelves.
Help transfer products from stock room to selling floor and ensure presentations are neat.
Contribute to achieving sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, following safety procedures.
Adhere to GameStop policies and maintain attendance, dress, and grooming standards.
