Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs, recommend items, and complete transactions with courtesy.
• Support store visual merchandising and sales initiatives during peak season.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised per company guidelines.
• Assist with stocking and restocking merchandise and transferring goods from stock to floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Follow safety practices and loss prevention measures; stay aware of scams.
• Adhere to all store policies including attendance and dress code.
