Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store environment and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with team to keep store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure product presentation is strong.
• Meet or contribute to sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate to a store keyholder as needed.
• Follow safety and loss prevention practices and adhere to company policies.
