Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and keep the shopping environment organized during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep restrooms and store areas clean, merchandised, and well-presented.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and transferring products from stock room to the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to company policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
