Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak sales days. You will focus on sales, store maintenance, and customer service while embracing GameStop’s Circle of Life buy/sell/trade/reservation model.

You will greet guests, assist with video gaming needs, stock and merchandise shelves, maintain store cleanliness, and help drive sales and customer satisfaction throughout the holiday season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store operations, visual merchandising, and seasonal sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with team to maintain clean, organized, and merchandised store areas.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise, transferring products from stock room to selling floor.
• Help meet or exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to a store keyholder as needed.
• Follow loss prevention practices and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethical responsibilities.
