The position requires availability for peak seasonal days, a friendly, customer-first attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Prior retail or guest service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support shopping environment and store initiatives during peak season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and elevate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and company policy practices.
• Adhere to attendance, dress, and grooming requirements.
