Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting them with video gaming needs, and recommending items during transactions.
• Support the shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Help the store team meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and elevate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and adhere to safety best practices.
• Adhere to company policies including attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethics.
