Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video game needs, recommending additional items as appropriate.
• Support store maintenance and merchandising to reflect company guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise, ensure items are presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, and adhere to safety policies.
