Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain the shopping environment during peak seasons.
• Collaborate with the team to keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and stocking restocking merchandise and presenting products on the floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including safety awareness.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures regarding attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
