Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store operations, visuals, and sales initiatives during peak season.
• Collaborate with store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised.
• Assist with stocking and presenting merchandise, transferring from stock to selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
