Job summary

GameStop Corp. in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak shopping periods. You’ll focus on helping guests, driving sales, maintaining a tidy, well-merchandised environment, and participating in the Circle of Life buy/sell/trade/reservation model.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain a clean, merchandised environment.
• Assist in stocking, restocking, and organizing merchandise on the floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Adhere to store policies including attendance, confidentiality, and safety practices.
