Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs, recommending items and thanking guests at checkout.
• Support shopping environment including visual/operational aspects and contribute to sales initiatives.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines; restock shelves as needed.
• Assist with stocking and restocking merchandise from stock room to selling floor; ensure presentation is neat and alphabetized.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals while addressing guest questions promptly and courteously.
• Escalate guest issues to a store keyholder and adhere to safety and loss prevention practices.
• Follow all GameStop policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethical responsibilities.
